West Highland White Terrier

The West Highland White Terrier, also known as the Westie, is a breed from Scotland. It has a height ranging from 25-28 cm and weighs about 6-10 kg. Westies were originally bred for hunting small game, including rodents. They are intelligent, confident, and have a spirited nature. West Highland White Terriers require regular exercise and mental stimulation and can adapt to living both indoors and outdoors. They are generally friendly and make good family pets with proper socialization and training. Their double coat requires regular grooming to keep it in good condition.
