The Cirneco dell'Etna is a small to medium-sized breed originating from Italy. It stands between 46-51 cm tall and weighs around 10-12 kg. Cirnecos were bred for hunting small game in the Mediterranean region. They have a keen sense of smell and excellent agility. These dogs are known for their independent and lively nature. Cirnecos require regular exercise and mental stimulation to prevent boredom. They can adapt to living indoors but also enjoy outdoor activities. With proper socialization, they can get along well with other animals and strangers.
