Bernese Mountain Dog
The Bernese Mountain Dog, also known as the Berner Sennenhund, is a large-sized working dog breed originating from Switzerland. They were traditionally used as farm dogs, herding livestock and pulling carts. Bernese Mountain Dogs are known for their gentle and calm nature, making them excellent family companions. They have a strong and sturdy build, standing 61-71 cm tall and weighing 36-50 kg. Bernese Mountain Dogs have a thick double coat that provides insulation and requires regular grooming.
