Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen

The Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen, often referred to as GBGV, is a medium to large-sized breed originating from France. It stands around 39-44 cm (15-17 inches) tall at the shoulder and weighs between 18-20 kg (40-45 lbs). GBGVs are scent hounds known for their excellent tracking abilities. They have a friendly and outgoing nature, making them great companions and family pets. GBGVs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to prevent boredom and maintain their overall well-being. They can adapt to both indoor and outdoor living but thrive in an environment that allows them to follow their keen sense of smell.
