Slovac Cuvac

The Slovac Cuvac, also known as the Slovak Chuvach, is a large livestock guardian breed from Slovakia. They have a height range of 62-70 cm and typically weigh around 33-45 kg. Slovac Cuvacs were bred to protect livestock from predators and have a strong protective instinct. They are best suited for outdoor living in rural areas with ample space to roam. Slovac Cuvacs are loyal and devoted to their families but can be reserved with strangers. Proper training, socialization, and a fenced-in yard are important for their well-being. They require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive.
