Alaskan Klee Kai
The Alaskan Klee Kai is a small to medium-sized breed that closely resembles the Siberian Husky. It was developed in the United States with the aim of creating a companion-sized version of the Husky. Alaskan Klee Kais stand between 13-17 inches (33-43 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh around 10-20 pounds (4.5-9 kg) for the Toy size, and up to 17-23 pounds (8-10.5 kg) for the Miniature size. They have a dense double coat that comes in various colors. Alaskan Klee Kais are intelligent, energetic, and often described as reserved with strangers. They form strong bonds with their families and can be wary of unfamiliar people or situations. With proper socialization and training, they can be friendly and well-behaved companions. Alaskan Klee Kais are adaptable and can be suitable for both indoor and outdoor living, but they require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive. They enjoy activities such as obedience training, agility, and interactive play sessions.
