Yorkshire Terrier
The Yorkshire Terrier, or Yorkie, is a breed from England. It stands at a height of around 20-23 cm and weighs approximately 2-3 kg. Yorkies were originally bred for catching rats in textile mills. They are intelligent, confident, and have a spirited nature. Yorkshire Terriers require regular exercise and mental stimulation and can adapt to living both indoors and outdoors. They are generally friendly but may be wary of strangers. Proper socialization and training are important for a well-behaved Yorkshire Terrier. Yorkies have a long, silky coat that requires regular grooming to keep it in good condition.
